Terms

Superbrain is a consultation about applying AI to your business, and the work we agree to build afterwards. These terms cover the conversation and anything you agree to in it.

Accepting them

Sending your first message accepts these terms and the privacy notice. The line under the box says so before you press anything, and we record the moment you accepted and which version of the two pages was in force then. There is nothing else to sign.

What the conversation is

You tell us about your business and we say where we think AI would help, what it would cost and what it would be worth. Everything the chat says is our reading of what you have told us and of what we could find. It is not advice you should act on without checking it, and a figure in it is only as good as the figures it rests on - which the chat marks as yours or as ours. Where it says what work like this costs on the market, that is what other people charge and not our price; ours only ever arrives on an estimate.

Estimates and agreements

An estimate is an offer to do named work for a named price. Agreeing to one in the chat tells us you want that work; it starts a conversation with a person here, not the work itself. Nothing is charged through this site, and either of us may walk away before an invoice exists.

What we ask of you

Tell us about a business you are entitled to speak for, and give us a website you are entitled to point us at. Do not use the chat to send us anything you are not allowed to share - other people's personal data above all. Do not use it to get at anything that is not yours: the addresses you give us are fetched by our server, and we read them as one of your customers would.

What we do not promise

The chat is answered by a language model and can be wrong. We do not promise it is available, correct or complete, and we are not liable for what you decide on the strength of it. Work we agree to build is covered by what we agree then, not by this page.

Ending it

You can stop at any time, and ask us to delete what you have written by writing to hello@superbrain.tech. We may close an account that abuses the service.

If these terms change

They will. Every version carries the date it was written, at the top of this page, and we keep a record of which version you accepted. If we change something that matters to you, we will tell you before the new version takes effect - by email if you have registered, and in the chat either way - and at least 30 days beforehand unless the law requires it sooner. Carrying on after that date accepts the new version; if you would rather not, stop and ask us to delete what you have written.

What we will not do is change what we may do with what you have already told us and treat you as having agreed to it. That needs asking you again.

Reaching us

The site and the conversations are hosted in the United States. Write to hello@superbrain.tech about anything on this page, including anything in it you think is unfair, and we will answer.

These terms are written to be read rather than to be argued in court, and they have not been through a lawyer. Where they are unclear, ask us and we will say plainly what we meant.
